RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return and item, please send it back at your expense within 30 days of the original ship date and in the exact condition in which you received it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags still attached.
Please include the packing slip along with the reason for the return. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number.
If you would like to exchange it for something else, please include a brief note explaining what you would like.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error. Please consider using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer USPS Priority Shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. for a flat rate of $5. All domestic orders over $100 ship for free.
Our orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information. Sometimes it can take 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Typically you will receive your order within 2-8 business days of its ship date, but sometimes shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We work hard to ensure you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to our international customers. For most International orders, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of the ship date.
